We are uniquely focused on applying equine assisted learning to real world professional contexts, using a respected coaching approach alongside our work with horses. This enables you to take your new skills and knowledge into the workplace by helping you to define and implement your personal action plan.

Leadership conversations
Horses have no agenda or axe to grind; they are motivated by a leader's clarity of purpose and action.
Horses can be co-operative, difficult, stubborn, challenging or helpful. What works with one may not work with another… in fact, they are just like our colleagues, managers and staff.
