Tailored programmes to enhance your skills:
We work closely with Coalescence Consulting Ltd to create innovative, tailored equine assisted leadership experiences. Held in the Hampshire Downs just 50 minutes from London, you do not need riding or prior equestrian skills.
Course duration and optional extras
Our programmes are tailored to your needs, and vary from short, relaxed, one-to-one introductory sessions to longer and highly intensive group educational approaches. You can bring your team or join a peer group of leaders from different organisations.
Programmes include all refreshments, and range in duration from half a day to 24 hours. We also offer numerous optional extras such as wine tasting, beauty treatments, wining and dining, facilitation, a leadership masterclass and/or an organised walk.
